A top-selling crime author who is severely looking for a new story, sharpening his emphasis on the supposed suicide of a small-town woman, a pursued model who believed she was the rebirth of Marilyn Monroe. The movie featured a scene in which the dress of Sophie slipped down in front of the audience and everyone laughed and clapped. The novelist proved later that the woman didn’t commit suicide instead she was murdered.
